Eden Valley YFC

On Tuesday 13 December 2022, Eden Valley YFC undertook their £50 challenge in the way of a Festive Domino Drive.  The event was held in Kirkby Thore Village Hall and was run by the club's advisory member Alan Barker, with a total of £415.90 been raised.  

As always Eden Valley's Christmas Domino Drive was well supported past and present members from Eden Valley and other clubs from across the district, as well as members from the local community.

Whilst domino cards were been double checked, members served refreshments to everyone.  The overall winner of the domino drive was Cumbria YFC Former County President Mr Stephen Proctor, Mrs Janet Proctor coming 2nd and securing the Lloyds jacket was club member Charlie Barker coming a very close 3rd.  

Club Chair Will Rogerson thanked everyone for attending and providing a vast variety of prizes.  He said a special thank you to Alan, for his continued support and for running the domino drive once again for the Eden Valley.  Will wished everyone a Merry Christmas and a safe journey home.
